The industrial designer Frans van Nieuwenborg works conceptually. The spatial manuscript consists of eleven Sikkens colour fans, which have been sealed shut. The structure of the areas of colour and the staggered fans gives rise to a rhythm; placed upright, the object becomes an architectural sculpture.
